On 12th July, 2018, RWA Representative of Sector 34/35, Rohini meet with Mr. Uday Pratap Singh (VC DDA) regarding to the flat size issue.
Below are the minutes of meeting.
1. VC has committed us to increase the size of badrrom with (10×10). DDA chief engineer will prepare the draft and share with us in next meeting around 24th July, 2018.
2. VC will reexamine the possibilities to increase the size of kitchen & bathroom.
3. VC will re-consider to waive off the rest 10% amount from each allottees. However he has already committed to waive off the interest on rest 10%.
Along with this main issues, Representative has discussed some basis issues also.
1. Mobile tower in sector 34/35, Rohini
2. Inconsistent water bills
3. Street lights bills issued to RWA by DDA
Uday pratap singh has fixed our meeting with Chief Engineer Mr. Sandeep Mehta on Madhuban chowk for 14th July, 2018 (Saturday) at 11 AM.
Sanjay, Gaurav Agrawal, Devendra, Neeraj, Varun, Krishna, Jhum Jhum, Meva Ram, Than Singh, Shiv Kumar, Gupta Ji and more were available during the meeting.
