Dear All Residents/Allottees,
Today, from our society Gaurav Agrawal and Atish Jaina attended the meeting with Vice Chairman - DDA at Vikas Sadan. And come back with a positive news and updates.
In meeting following points are discussed and DDA has given us below mentioned proposal:
1. VC has given intial proposal for increasing the size of bedroom upto 10 x 10 Sqfts. This will be done after talking clearance from Statutory bodies.
2. DDA will not charge interest on 10% of balance amount to be paid by allottees.
3. DDA will reexamine for waiving of balance 10% amount of allottees
4. DDA will also reexamine on our proposal for increase size of Kitchen & bathroom.
In acceptance of DDA proposal, all allottees are required to give their consent to RWA at their earliest.
