Airtel Subscriber & RWA Team complaint multiple times to Airtel regarding network issue as follows.
"Most of the times residents are not able to make calls in case of emergency. It's a also a matter of safety & security. Poor signal strength also impact the individual's health."
In this regards, Aitel officers visited our society on 10th February, 2018 to check the network strength and prepared a report. On the basis of the report, Airtel has decided to setup a tower/antenna in our area at their earliest (3 Months). Airtel officer also committed us for providing a best possible services to maintain trust on airtel.
Our main objective is to get a good signal strength in our society and nearby area so that residents can feel themselves safe.
All Airtel Subscriber of sector 34/35 Rohini are requested to send network related issue mail to net@airtel.com to lodge their complaint. So that airtel can resolve our issue at their earliest.
