Utsav Residency is running a signature campaign against DDA on 9th July, 2017 Sunday.
Through this campaign we will show the unity of all the alloottes and will raise our point, concern and issues in front of DDA.
Our main point to be addressed are as follows
1. DDA has not provided basis infra till date to the allottees of 2014 in last 2.5 years like road, water, street lights, shops, security, Aanganwadi and so on. Our demand is to first give these basis and necessary facilities to the alloottes of 2014 scheme then only launch the new scheme.
2. Apart from this 5 years locking period of flat sell will not be applicable for 2017 Yojna however it is already applied for flats allocated under DDA housing scheme 2014. Our demand is to remove this lock in period from 2014 scheme also.
3. DDA fixed the less value of Rohini sector 34/35 flats compared with the previous scheme. That means allottees have not got any appreciation in their property and also got depreciation by the DDA. There is a approx 2-3 lakh loss for every allottees of sector 34 & 35 Rohini and other areas also.
