Minutes of meeting - Mr. Sunil Goyal DDA Chief Executive Engineer on 4th Nov, 2016
Today we had meeting with chief executive engineer Mr. Sunil Goyal. We have discussed the following points
Lights on temporary road - Chikara will share the contact details of Chief Executive of concerned department. Meanwhile we can talk to Mr Dinesh Chandra (9871498048) for installing few lights.
Common area light on each floor- Due to security of light reason DDA has not installed the lights. They will installed the lights once RWA gets registered with DDA. Only lights will be installed by the DDA. Electric meter for the lights will be installed by RWA. Meanwhile we can contact to Dharam Pal.
Dust bin usage- DDA is in progress to open tendor for it so we are not supposed to use it till that time.
Cleaning of society- cleaning will be done within the society on alternative days.
